Phone Support:
Our qualified technicians are available to assist you during the hours of 10:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern Time. We can diagnose and offer solutions over the phone, but there are times when your system will need to be serviced at one of our locations. Please prepare your questions as well as possible so that we are able to offer you the quickest service.
Exclusions:
-The warranty of all Golden Tech, Inc. systems does not cover any software errors. All software is sold by Golden Tech, Inc. without warranties of any kind. Please refer to the licensor of the software for the terms and conditions of their warranty.
-The warranty also excludes neglect of the system. This includes (but is not limited to) the following list: Non-standard part installation; external connecting cables; cosmetic damage; improper storage; operation under abnormal conditions <i.e.. humid, dirty, smoky, hot or cold environments>; line noise; power surges and brown outs; power failure; neglect; abuse; repair or service work done by anyone other than an authorized Golden Tech Inc. technician. Let us work on your system. When you work your system, you become the technician and assume the responsibilities thereof.
Reporting a Claim:
Please direct all questions on installation and general product information to our Sales and Service departments. If you do encounter a computer hardware problem, immediately call our Service center. We repair all units on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow for a minimum of two business days for any repair or diagnostics work. Printers, laptops, hard drives, monitors, scanners, modems, etc. are all covered under their respective manufacturer warranty.

Golden Tech, Inc. hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for Golden Tech, Inc., any liability in connection with the sale of the part(s), software, systems and/or service. Buyer shall not be entitled to recovery from Golden Tech, Inc. for any consequential damages to property, from loss of use, from loss of time, from loss of profit or income, or any other incidental damage.
